[Refunds and cancellations]

• Due to the nature of the service, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
• If a reserved time slot is cancelled due to our circumstances, we will promptly refund that time slot in full. (Monthly membership fees are excluded.)
• If use becomes impossible for an extended period due to our circumstances, monthly members will be promptly refunded a portion of the fee corresponding to the unusable period. Days made unavailable for equipment maintenance are excluded.

[Withdrawing from a monthly membership plan]

• You may withdraw after completing our prescribed procedure.
• To withdraw, please contact us via the inquiry form.
• Withdrawal is complete upon submission and acceptance of the required items.
• No refunds are given for mid-term withdrawal.

[Service interruption]

For various reasons, the reservation system may fail and reservations may become unavailable. In such cases, restoring the system may take some time.

[Disclaimer]

• We are not liable for any inability to provide, or interruption of, services or products caused by server trouble, network trouble, or other force majeure, except in cases of our gross negligence.
• We may be forced to suspend operations due to natural disasters, power outages, building maintenance, infection-control measures, and the like. In such cases, we may extend the validity of purchased tickets, but we do not refund the tickets themselves or monthly fees.

[Other notes]

In cases of malicious behavior on the premises, nuisance to other users, or excessive complaints, we may enforce mandatory withdrawal. Please understand this in advance.
